The rivers down south are flooding. Prairie Creek the same (there yesterday working on the Smith house) – where to go but Stauffer Creek. Pam and I go in at Jackson’s – Tom is off roping but Marion is there, very gracious.
Even the N. Raven is feeling the effects of all the rain locally – it’s relatively high and somewhat stained. Lots of flies tho in the 58° water, altho no surface action for the first hour (we start approx. 5:30 p.m.) – shortly after Pam heads back to the truck, things pick up – 3 for 5 in the next hour (#16 B.W.O., #14 Pale Morning Dun).
