Tar and Pam and I assault Twin Lakes on Victoria Day with belly boat and canoe… fine day… lots of folks out – get a $25.00 ticket for “dog off leash” no fish. Lotsa caddis out. Must check later in p.m., but only see 2 fish rise all day – Warden allows how “Ford Fender” (about 8 bucks!) might do the trick…
