6:30 p.m., Robt., Bob S. and I are in the Grumman headed upstream – 1052 cfs; I’m a little nervous, but we slide through the Rock garden w/o incident. We run up to the upper golf course pool – it’s another fine warm spring nite. We spot a riser while anchored; Bob ties on #10 Stimulator – nails a 20” brown! Actually, we’re on a bit of a mission for goldeye – Bob’s doing some location scouting for Jim MacLennan’s TV show. We get a couple more shots at big riser’s, I blow one when fly gets a bit tangled.
