Tar and I park at Heritage Ranch, walk down to the River (30 min’s) – river is low and clear despite yesterday’s rain – although it’s not long before today’s rain sets in – heavy downpour catches me n’ the mutt – no action, no bugs – cool Victoria Day weekend.
