Scouting the Kerry Wood pool for the past few nights --- the river has been low (20 m3/s) the past while. There were a few definite risers last night, but this a.m., the web sez that the river is now up to 70 m3/s. Note that the Bow is also experiencing mountain runoff, and the dams on both rivers are suddenly letting out a bunch of water. It has been a drought year in Alberta so far - it will be interesting to see how long "runoff" lasts if there's no rain.
