With Glen Strong – do the Glemore – Policeman’s stretch of the Bow. Fine day, and there are lots of folks out fishing – most I’ve ever seen – 4-5 guys @ every run! (spin fishermen 2-1 over fly fishermen). Not much room for Tar in the MacKenzie drift boat, but lots of fun nonetheless. Already 4-5 other boats out. Guy @ Glemore sez did stretch from Ogden on Christmas Eve! Seems like a slow day for everyone. I get one nice, lethargic ‘bow on Brown Bow River Bugger; we each may have had takes for other fish. Guy @ Policeman’s had floated stretch to MacKinnons – only a little ice to worry about at the takeout. River seems real low and slow, relatively clear. Is approx. 1 ½ - 2 hours from 22x to Policeman’s, some nice water in this reach.
