Robert and I skip school again and by 1:00 we’re at the Hwy 761 Bridge, yakking with Bob S., who has some fine specimens of both Green and Brown Drake nymphs, which he’s photographing in an interesting gizmo/light box kind of thing. Off to Tom Jackson’s, where we’re just ready to head out when Don Anderson and young friend pull in. More yakking…by 2:00 we’re on the water. Big wind today, and not much doin’ in the 58° water, although Robert hooks and loses some good fish on nymphs, ie. Bob’s Hot Wired Whole Squirrel Hide #14. I miss one little brown on Rick’s Mink.
