Peak Activity for this day:
Meet with Ken and Robert @ cabin, Robert takes Fuhrer’s stretch. I drop Ken @ next road allowance over and I carry on to “O’Keefe’s” stretch (take road allowance along w side of Scammell’s ¼ to end of trail – note from Bob on windshield when I get back “Please close gate” – it was open) – decent stretch, some nice pools – catch, photograph and break off nice (18 – 20”) brown on #14 PMD just down from O’Keefe’s – fair PMD hatch from approximately 1:30 – 2:30 – mess with “pod” of large browns (the Prime Minister?) and undercut bank, slow stretch up from O’Keefe’s – catch none, several misses – have large customer on EH Salmon on last good pool before slow canal stretch gets interminable. Start 11:30, fish to 3:30, out by 4. Robert had quiet day, Ken on other hand gets 14” ‘ers, 16” ‘ers and 19” ‘ers! PMD’s 55º H20.
