Stories of heavy brown drake hatch yesterday – clouds on horizon as I start in area of conf. with Spring Creek. Beautiful, calm – and nothin’ goin’ on! Little guys fool with Brown Drake imitation – some PMD’s as the rain starts in late afternoon – and does it ever rain – serious thunder/lightening – Creeks starts to rise. Run into Ken and Robert on way out – Ken got usual 20” up from Yellowface’s grave. By the time I get to Highway 11 – it’s dry!
