Word for the day – WIND! One of the gustiest days I’ve ever experienced on the Crow. Drop Ken off @ “deadend bridge”. I start @ Savanna gas plant, we work up to meet Robert @ the Moose Wallow. Steady action on golden stone imitations – I go 4 for 12, Ken gets 13. My biggest is 10”, Ken’s 14”. Robert gets snapped off by big fish @ Spruce Trees. The wind never does let up, any PMD’s are noticeable by their absence. Can the bugs somehow sense the wind before hatching? Still quite a few golden stones about. Come across “mitigated” stretch above gas plant (no fish).
