Meet Lise Guinn – “you’re the first guy to do this stretch since runoff”….55° water; river is high (although has dropped a foot) and fast. Got on the river about 3:30 p.m., get to Janzen’s about 9:30…don’t see another fisherman. Go 2 for 6, all on streamers – incl. 19”, 2 ¾ lb. rainbow, all from shore. Tar is incredible nuisance.
