Down from Horseshoe bend – hook fish in 1st 5 minutes on SJW. Then slow for next hour. Switch to Brooks Montana Stone. Things pick up. Hook maybe 10, some good ones, (also land 2 suckers). Land 5 or 6 ‘bows up to 17”. Bigger fish in poorer condition. Post-spawn? NO other fishermen around! Starts out windy, calms down into a fine a.m. Note Leisenring Lift works good in pools in front of Weirs.
