Today it’s Roper & I in the Grumman – similar day – 15 or so, biggest from down in Reserve side channel (22”?) – some luck with SJW in side channels, otherwise it’s a motley variety of streamers – little green/yellow/brown Matuka works real well. Meet Darren and Zim – Darren has the farm, where Eric parks his boats, bought Eric’s old aeroliner with 30 horse Evinrude. See a few other boats on the river; big wind storm in late afternoon, calms down tho, fire a few dry flies at dusk – few more caddis than last night. Note: had to stay at King Eddie in Strathmore, no vacancy at Blue Lagoon.
