Campout at Rick Thiessen's with John M., Al S., and Al's buddy Mark. We get two gorgeous (26 C.) days, little wind, water is a bit murky due to recent rains upstream. River is running at about 95 m3/s, clearing up on Monday. Decent if not great action on streamers; everybody gets fish. On Sunday, I land fish on streamers, San Juan's, and dry flies. John and I land 10 or 12 on Sunday, only 4 or 5 on Monday, with the usual complement of misses, LDR's and breakoffs. See more boats down here than ever before.
