Sunday February 22, 1998 Red Deer River

It’s been a great winter, thanks to El Nino – no snow until New Years Day, and other than a cold couple of weeks in January, it’s been unusually warm. Including today, +10°
or so, so Tar and I head to the dam. Water is low and very clear – I can spot the whitefish from the bank on the south side – Land 1 whitie, on gool ol’ “Dy-no-mite.”
