With guide Bill Robertson (with Crowsnest Angler @ $375.00/day) in “Avon” raft with rowing frame – good boat, bounces off rocks (7,000 retail!). Rain threatens but holds off as we do the Canyon stretch down past the Old Highway Bridge. Catch fair number (40?) little fish (goobers) on Stimulators, Trude, little yellow caddis. Best fish I get is on SJW. Robert and I play backgammon @ Falls Inn till late Friday night. Stop by Don Anderson’s trailer @ Hiawatha Campground Saturday night.
