Spring has been a long time coming in ’96…it’s been cold and snowy pretty much ever since I got back from NZ – but thing’s are starting to finally warm up (plus 8 °
!) So Robert and I take the afternoon off and do some squirrel hunting over by Struble Lake (no squirrels), and a little trout fishing down from spring’s confluence with Prairie (no trout). Still lots of snow in the West Country; Prairie seems low but I guess is probably in its normal late-winter, pre-runoff state. Note: TV dinner on March 29, 1996; Robert, Ken, Glen Strong, Marc LaRose and Ron Manz stop by after so I can inflict NZ slide show on them.
