Day three, and it's yet another calm sunny day! My weather luck in the Carribean may finally have changed, it seems. It's tarpon Day today, and we make a long trek south to some lagoons, entry to which involves getting through a maze of mangrove channels. We end up having a pretty good day chasing baby tarpon, with Rob sticking a couple, and landing his first ever; I jump three, with one throwing the hook, one taking my leader off the end of my line, and I do manage to land the third. We miss our fair share of additional shots during the day as well, and we get some shots at a few bones on the way home. Supper is at the "Old Wharf" tonite, and it's a fairly early bedtime for all tonite. Garry had an interesting day; his trip to Tulum includes stumbling upon a nude beach!
