2 for 8 on the mighty Chinook, with the able assistance once again of the good folks at The Steelhead House in Terrace, BC.. Tough times for the sport fishery on the North Central Coast of BC. The Skeena and Nass Rivers and tribs are closed to recreational salmon fishing, and there is no retention of Chinook permitted on the Kitimat. Hopefully the warm "blob' in the North Pacific has subsided, and that the salmon stocks can recover. Time will tell.
