INDIAN FALLS 1

A very nice plunge waterfall in Owen Sound, Ontario. To get to it a short but rough hike is required. The rusty red rock layer at the base of the falls is composed of a relatively soft rock called Queenston shale. This rock can be seen in may places along the Niagara Escarpment.
