On a trip to Toowoomba, Queensland, to see family I was able to visit the Jonaryan Woolshed Museum. There is a lot more to see besides the woolshed, such as other historic buildings, a school house, boundry rider's cottage, dentists room and sheds full of old farm machinery and tractors.

They also serve some great tasting damper with golden syrup.
