Mwakis

The Mwakis are the Small Christian Communities which meet once a week in the form of a prayer meeting and discuss whether anyone from their area is sick and need to be visited. The word Mwaki comes from the Kikuyu meaning for Fireside, which is symbolic of their meeting around the fire to share thoughts and stories.
