This is my Osprey nesting gallery with images I photographed on April 13, 2007, May 2, 2007 and May 15, 2007 along the banks of the Yellow River in Northwest Florida. The Yellow River is one of the last pristine and wild rivers left in Florida. One of the largest birds of prey in North America, the Osprey eats almost exclusively fish. It is one of the most widespread birds in the world, found on all continents except Antarctica. Taking a boat up the Yellow River is like entering Jurassic Park. It’s like going back into time. The river is a nature and wildlife paradise.
