I love the duplication of the downturned head of the person, and the suggestion of a downward looking face in the clouds! Great shot!

This is a very moody piece. Do you write your own poetry for your galleries? (Apart from your elephant gallery of course)

Love the mood here...great sky, and a great crop!

This is one of your best, a work of art! The rest are almost superficial compared to this and the communication series, Amber is very cleverly potrayed.
I'll look forward to more or do you give lessons?

Very powerful image Ken. This reminds me of a painting, in a good way. =) The light and the subjects posture tell a sad story. Very nicely done. V

I like the mood of this photo, Ken. It's very downbeat - I'm sure that doesn't need me to point it out as everyone else already has, plus you're probably more than aware of it already, but what the hell - and it makes me think she is there mourning someone she has recently lost. It's very sad, and with the natural elements, also very haunting. Nice one.

I find this (daytime) picture much stronger than the other. In both of them the posture suggests a sad thought; but in the first (night) shot the bulky white coat seemed to dominate the picture, distracting me. While the lighting in the first shot suggests to me a sudden moment of memory, the second shot suggests the longer pondering of a sad story; and the ominous clouds add to that feeling. For me the daytime shot is not special, but the night shot is wonderful and makes me a little sad. Thanks for sharing them both.

Romantic, in the best sense of the word as coined in the 19th century. How the dark clouds seem to exhale from the brooding figure, and is that the faint echoes of a Chopin prelude I hear coming from the frame? Ken, ever the poet, so us alittle bit too!

I'm with David ... I've noticed you have this ability to capture great, intense skies. This is one and I love it in color. The inclusion of the man and body language brings your title to mind. It is thoughtful and heavy with emotion.
