fantastic photo in a terrific series of b+w portraits--I love how you've used his arm to intersect the frame along the diagonal, the fact that it is just in front of the focal point and (because of the 40mm on the full frame 5d) distorted to look larger than life add to the impact of the shot (also neatly blocking out the people in the background), shooting all attention directly to this charismatic individual's face. Great work. v

This is a great image, very strong compositionally and love the connection you have here with him. By removing the colors, you can really see the expression on his face and his body language. One of my favorites in this series.
