Salzburg

Our last ride, from Lofer into Salzburg. On the way we passed through an odd salient of Germany that juts into Austria (the result of a medieval treaty concerning salt, the region's white gold). While in this protruding piece of Germany, we stopped at Bad Reichenhall (meaning a spring rich in salt) to visit the Alte Saline (old salt works).
