Piazza Bra, bordered by the ancient Roman Arena, is the "living room of Verona". Every evening in nice weather, half the population sits at cafes on the broad sidewalk along one side of the piazza or in the small park in the piazza's center, while the other half of the population parades by in the evening passeggiata. Nearly every weekend a bridal party passes through. During seasons when a musical event takes place in the Arena -- opera all summer and popular music at other seasons --the concert-going crowd gathers in the piazza. Enjoy the scene!
