There are many spectacular and special places along the California coastline. One special place is Pt. Reyes National Seashore. There are lovely sand beaches, stretches of rocky shoreline with crashing surf, dramatic cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, forests with majestic forests of redwood, cypress, fir and pine trees. There is a large herd of elk within in the park boundaries. Many of the dairy farms that date back to 1850 still operate on pastureland in the park. Tomales Bay and its shores offer yet more diversity.
Here's a brief glimpse of Pt. Reyes, Dillon Beach and Bodega Bay.
