The Rio Grande Valley in New Mexico is the winter home to thousands of sandhill cranes. So impressive are these marvelous birds, there's a lot of local art offering some interpretation of their beauty. To the sculptor who created this installation, the feathers on the sandhill's wingtips were a source of stimulation. Nice.
