Final destination before we leave canada...we visited a winery up in Niagara-on-the-lake region...these area are famous for their ice wines...wat's so special abt these wines?...well...they're harvested in the dead of winter where they ensure the moisture inside the grapes are all frozen...and they're immediately crushed to extract out the juices...which will comprise of a higher amt of suger percentage compared to a normal harvested grapes...of course...you'll get less juice this way...therefore this information will be reflected on the prices of the ice wines...
