Step 2:
Tie in tail material at hook bend with 3 wraps then
wrap the thread towards the eye (three or four wraps)
under the tail material. Bring the tail material down on to
the shank and tie down with 3 wraps. Repeat these steps
to just in front of the eyes, trim excess material and form
a tapered head with thread. Coat the body with nail polish.
