Learmonth Solar Observatory is the only other thing at Learmonth. It is operated by IPS Radio and Space Services and the US Air Force.
We were met at Learmonth airport, by a Wilderness Island representative, and transferred the 40 kilometres to Exmouth where we found a room for the night, at Potshot Hotel.
