Recent visit to Muang Sing, recording Food preparation.

In february 2012, we travelled to Laos for more food information. In Muang Sing, we collected several recipes, photographs o which are shown here. The narrative describing the process will be posted over the next few weeks by my wife Dorothy Culloty on our sistersite , Foodfromnorthernlaos.com
