The day after the Baci and the dance, we were going to leave. But Khamsouk had another treat prepared for us.
Before our departure, she had organised to cook more food for us, so we could record the cooking process, and then eat the dishes. As usual, she thought in quantity and quality. Enough food was prepared to feed an army, and it was prepared in two stages, by two groups of people.
