10/12/13 The blasting crew has halted work as 264 rolls through the fog at the cut just South of Pittman Creek

Elihu, Kentucky

the blasting crew working on widening the cut near the Pittman creek bridge have stopped work long enough to allow Northbound 264 to pass as the Lake fog slowly starts to burn off. Soon the train will be gone and they will be back at work drilling holes to prepare for the next big bang. The double track project is progressing at a steady rate through this area.
