Unloading Corn

Harvesting the field corn crop is in full swing in this part of Oklahoma.

We have had semi-truck loads of corn traveling down Grand Avenue all day today.
The two local elevators are right across from each other and only two blocks from our store,
so I stepped down the street for a little while this afternoon.

The young man in the image is Gerardo. His buddy Frank was working nearby but not in the photo.
