The original plan was to build a straight-line windfarm of three rows
of nine windmills in that location (which BTW is about 5km from the center of
Copenhagen). However, the landscape architect suggested arranging them in
single file, following the elliptical curve. They just had to reduce
the number to twenty. I find the result truly lovely...
