In the summer, around the 4th of July, visitors to the Grand Coulee damn
on the northern Columbia River are treated to an excellent laser light show.

Interesting. We've got a lot of dams here in Sweden, but I doubt someone has though of having a lightshow on one of them. I'll send the power companies a suggestion right away.
