040831 Old Fire Truck

I can't imagine trying to put out a fire with this truck.
How times have changed.

The older vehicles have much more individuality and character. Probably were not as reliable or rust proofed though...

Nice :)

I love it. The fact that the sky is blown out (or is that bright fog) really enhances the massive, heavy solidity of the truck. Great shot.

Great looking truck. If only it could tell its story.

Nice rich colors. I like the head-on angle on this one.

In addition to the smart astronaut comments below I could add that this is a strking image, Katie. And I'll bet it still holds water.

the truck seems to be working just fine, when you spray the fire with the water the truck just sits there, nice action shot hehe

You don't put fire out with the truck, silly. You put it out with water!
