For two parathas (suitable for two people)
In a bowl mix 3 1/2 oz strong white bread flour with 3 1/2 oz strong wholemeal bread flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1-2 tablespoons of oil (we use olive oil).
Mix into a soft dough with water until it has the consistency shown in this photograph. It's quite sticky still.
