After 16 years away from visual arts and photography, I returned to the field, inspired by a macro-photography project involving vintage Nikon equipment.

This led to the creation of four series:

Objects for an Ideal Home: a photographic series inspired by the 1999 electronica album.

Flora Excursoria Hafniensis: a botanical exploration capturing Copenhagen’s flora.

The Time Is Out of Joint: a project influenced by Shakespeare and Derrida, examining themes of temporality and dislocation.

Copenhagen Chronotopes: an exploration of urban spaces and their temporal dimensions.

My work has been showcased internationally, with exhibitions in cities such as Melbourne, New York, Warsaw, Helsinki, Budapest, Chongqing, Minneapolis, Glasgow, and Taipei.

A photo from my Flora Excursoria Hafniensis series was featured on the cover of Abstract State Magazine in 2024.

In addition to visual arts, I write poetry. My work has appeared in Denmark’s esteemed journal Hvedekorn, as well as in Ordskælv and Slagtryk.
