Taking Sudhan Gali Road from Bagh,Sudhan Gali is the last stop before District Muzaffarabad. If you have passed upper bazar Sudhan Gali, at the end of which there is a road barrier,if you pass this barrier you have gone too far and you may ver well be on your way to Chikar toward Muzaffarabad.

It should not take as long as 2 hours. Normally busses and other public means of transportation take about an hour to hour and a half from Bagh to Sudhan Gali( that includes frequent stops to picking up/dropping off passengers). Since he has his own transportation and will not be doing any of the above, it should not be more than 45 minutes to an an hour.
You need to drive from Banjosa to Rawalakot. From there drive through the city, come to Rawalakot hotel and a petrol pump opposite. Turn right there and head to Bagh. When you come to a big river gover a suspended bridge and turn right to Bagh. When you get to Bagh, turn left towrdas Sudhan Gali. Its about 2hr journey uphill to Sudhan gali. You may need to keep asking people to stay on right track.
