You can colour me excited!! While on my way to Peoria, Ill for a
riverboat cruise on the Spirit of Peoria I came across the Old Route 66.

I was so excited that I was shaking ... I am planning a trip from Chicago to LA
for next spring. I travelled the old route for an hour or so. See some of the other pictures
to see some of the historic sites.
