Heya Andy, I have seen a similar shot before, and kind of prefer the original. The sky here seems unnaturally blue and the sharpness looks like it was adjusted a touch too much. It is always worth remembering that when you can see that an image has been sharpened, you have overstepped the goal. On the other hand, every shot taken with a digital camera will need to be sharpened in the post processing stage.
In the hue and saturation option, select the blue channel and slightly desaturate that. That way all the other colours remain the same but the blues turn more natural again.
