Maybe Walmart would want it and turn it into a superstore. That way all the folks in Whaler's Cove and Whaler's place could do all their shopping there. Just dreaming. I forgot, this city is not business friendly.

No one I talked to has any plans of going to see that mill if it becomes a historical place. I wouldn't take any of my visiting relatives to see it. What a bunch of crap.

Yeah right. The taxpayers would really love having to pay for a crumbly old mill with no potential. We have enough historical mills in the city. Or maybe the plan is to ruin the guy who owns the mill and that way the city just takes the building and demolishes it and makes the money on developing it, while laughing at how the city screwed the guy. That's Politics!!!!!!
