The mayor has finally ordered the removal of the moldy water damaged carpets from the Pulaski school - after the DEP instructed him to do so.

The children at Pulaski will be safe until the next rainstorm. Then we will have to wait for the DEP to instruct the mayor to remove the carpets once again. It will be a vicious cycle.
