In august 2005 i was also here with mother. Sigtuna is a small town maybe northwest from Stockholm, a former capital of Sweden. It wasn't as special as i had expected. Quite a cosy wooden town, yet somehow without a character. Part of the photos are from an old beautiful village nearby.
It'd be another thing to photograph city life, than to photograph buildings, architecture and places that i find somewhat aesthetically pleasant or curious. Not to dismiss the first one, but then i'd be walking with my camera with a completely different attitude. Not all people prefer the same things.
I prefer it that way, for me landscapes aren't soulless without humans, but it is hard to combine humans and landscapes/buildings in a way that does right for them both.

what a pity that all your pics have no human beings in them, souless landscapes!!!
