n2extreme1 ripper

a real beauty.. but was a rusty mess when I got her.. Don't blame n2extreme, he got it and sent it straight to me.. I tore this puppy down regs and all. the only thing I didn't take apart was the ram, it actually worked very well. I should have takin pics of the rusty inline reg, lower internals, and frame internals before cleaning everything up..
Once all back together, timing was about as easy as I've ever done.. You get lucky sometimes lol..
a real beauty.
-tore down and cleaned every single part (other than ram) and lubed each part and replaced
-replaced orings in regs.
-lug had many flat spots, rounded out and polished.
-timed
-polished hammer
-polished sear pin
-removed rust from: hammer (yes stained from jum nut), jam nut, valve guide screw, valve spring, both reg springs, sear, both frame springs, sear pin, other screws, asa screw,

but all in all, nothing was scratched up or dammaged other than the chrome on ram pitting..
