Here is the second run of the sov. This added a velocity adjuster, changed the cocking rod protection device so it is more easily accessed, removed the "back block" and made a top pull pin, came with an improved 3way design, stainless steel bolt center rings, smaller bolt ring retaining pin, and a smoother and improved bolt. This particular model has the special order from the factory site ring as well. I realize some of the terms are wrong, I will correct later, haha..
