The pleasure of finding a nice church or building where you are the sole visitor - after meeting 2 million noisy tourists during the day. Something that is much easier in Paris, and thus doesnt give the same pleasure. Rome - Paris : 5-5.

I like Paris as a city more, but Rome has better star attractions.
